The conference will be held at the

Beijing International Convention Center

    (BICC), which was built in August 1988 for the Press Center of the 11th Asian Games. The BICC is located in No.8 Beichendong Road Chaoyang District, within the Asian Games Village. It's an eight-floor building with two underground floors, comprising 50 conference halls and meeting rooms equipped to serve a wide variety of purposes with the capacity up to 2500 people, as well as indoor exhibition halls accommodated as many as 300 international standard exhibition booths and dozens of offices. The Conference Building also has a business center, an audiovisual studio, a post office, an information counter, spacious registration hall, public and VIP lounges and bars located on each floor.
